Love this storage facility! The walk-up access is the best.

Move in was a breeze. The app is incredibly convenient and having every unit on ground level is the only way to go

I did evening on-line was fast and convenient.

The printer at this location did not work, so I had to visit the neighboring location to do all paperwork for the rental and come back to move in. Otherwise the facility is clean, well-secured, and the staff were very professional and helpful.

I shopped around looking for the least expensive (yet not sketchy) small space to store a few bikes and household goods. I went with this spot for the price. After checking out my unit, decided it was too small and they founf one for me that was just slightly bigger and not much more expensive.

I did see some condensation on the floor that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a little concerned about but otherwise all is well. I will look at that again and ask to move units if needed.

So far a good experience!

To my disbelief once i went to my assigned storage i found that other locks were on other storage units at the same facility. Why was I told that I had to purchase a different lock, when others weren't? Those locks had the "public storage" stickers on them to verify that they were approved! i was not given an option, I was just told that it had to be the round lock!!! M. Moore

Until I began searching for a place to park my RV, I didn't even know about Public Storage. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention I received during every step of my inquiry and decision. The service representatives were helpful and accommodating. The young woman who showed me around gave me my choice of spaces. I would recommend Public Storage to others.

I love this place!! I have used them twice now. Once for several years while my daughters were in college as a place to put all their things, and then again recently as a referral for my boss who needed a temporary place for his things in between move. Both times it was an easy, friendly, and professional process, Tiffany is wonderful and very personable and helpful, the payments are reasonable, and the storage units convenient and clean. I highly recommend Public Storage to anyone needing some extra space.

Tiffany was very helpful gave great advise on how to pack my items before my big move will be back when it is time to start packing!

Came by this location today and was able to rent a unit for $22 with their labor day promo. This was amazing to me. Cee Cee and Tiffany were extremely helpful in making sure that I got an awesome unit for a great price also. They were able to assume and make sure that my belongings would be secure for my stay. I will definitely be back and people if you haven't tamen advantage of their Labor Day sale..please do so before it ends. Awesome rental prices and currently the cheapest around!! If you have to have your stuff there for a year or more you rates will go up every year. I pay over twice the amount for someone just getting in. 'Course, I've been there for years. Will be getting out today. Otherwise, it's great. They have always been very helpful and nice to me.

The customer service I received from CeCe was great. She was very well spoken and took me through the process step by step. The buildings are another story. The paint is peeling in the unit, there is one building that looks like someone backed the uhaul truck into and hasn't been fixed. The facility needs an update. Even the gate is old and rusty.

Hey if you need to put your stuff in storage you need to go on duke st. Ms. Judy is a nice person and she get a long with everybody and the storage is clean and you need to keep it that way when you leave and you don't have to worry about break in your stuff is safe
