The way the units are lined up makes it a little bit difficult to access. My particular unit is situated across from a bollard so I have to move my car anytime someone needs to get around because the lane is narrow. Otherwise I've had a good experience! The units are pretty straightforward and have external access. Mine is a 10x10 and it's pretty much like a smaller garage. The customer service is super helpful and detailed in their explanations and the lock was easy to set up. I like that the complex is gated so I feel like my stuff is safe.
