Very nice service, knowledgeable and one of the lowest priced units for a 5' by 5'. I have good access to my unit and it's very clean. Also, one of the only facilities that gave me quick access. I called, booked my unit and was moving in the next day.

When we decided that we needed to put our household goods in a storage unit we weren't sure what size we needed or if we were going need a climate-controlled unit or not. We didn't need to worry about any of that. The ladies at the front desk took care of us and helped us find the unit that we needed. After we signed for a unit we found out that one of the doors didn't operate properly. No problem! When my wife returned to get a new unit voila! the magical ladies helped us out again. Just in time to have our movers put everything into the unit. I can't say enough nice stuff about the staff at Fayetteville Storage. The one drawback to this place is the physical location and the condition of the facility. Fayetteville Storage recently bought a pre-existing facility. That place had a lot of work that needed to be done. That explains the first unit we had. There were units that were unavailable due to disrepair. Fayetteville Storage did some upgrading to the actual security of the place like repairing and replacing the fence and they did some camera addition and replacing. I would imagine that the place will get better over time. I would recommend this place to family and friends without any apprehension, just inspect your unit thoroughly and ask questions.

Started out shakey, had to wait forty-five minutes, due to staff posting BE BAK AT 1:45, but returned at 2:30. Was irritating. After that incident, staff was courteous n TCB n a timely manner.

Customer service is great. Units are units. They need to be cleaned up. Place is pretty cheap so can't complain too much. Gated with a key pad.
