Would like to have an option to move in with a 24 hr access due to inclement weather for the first month and have an emergency access number available to do so after operating hours. Also, have an extended offer to lock in prices at a discounted rate for 12 months before going up in the price rate for an extended time remaining.

It is one of the most modern storage facilities I have ever visited. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really nice. The in person touch is still a better choice for me.

This process was quick, affordable and easy. I'm very pleased with Midgard. The unit was ready for me within an hour of booking.

I was able to reserve a very affordable unit quickly and move in within minutes of completing that reservation.

I had a reservation with multiple emails, a confirmation code, the dates and the price with the first month free. When I get there, they say there is no reservation for me and they can move me in but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be an additional $20 dollars and they couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t figure out how to put in my free month. I tried calling the Help number and got bumped to another associate who did not listen to me tell her I had a reservation. Unfortunately I had to move in anyways due to the fact that I was being moved out of my apartment that day. After two hours there and multiple trips to the office because of misinformation I finally got everything situated. While the employee actually in the office was kind and the first associate I spoke with on the phone was helpful, no one else even listened or cared to look at my reservation. I would not recommend this storage to anyone.

Just liars and there late fee is higher than the actual storage bill I was given false information.. Was in a dangerous situation and was told that my late fee would be waved due to me being in a DV shelter way out of state called in to pay my 70 dollar bill to be told my bill is now 370.00 due to late fees and the manager was rude telling me well they gave you the wrong info and basically he don’t care about my situation!! So now I gotta figure it out😔

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s All I could find at the time, It will definitely do, however the price online does differ from when you sign your lease. You will get pro rated in that nice but not prorated out of you leave after the first of the following month. I have a 5x10 pretty pricey but thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s my opinion.

Seems secure which is important in Fayetteville. They do not offer the 10% Military discount as advertised on the self storage.com site. Over all not bad. Everything is expensive no matter where you go these days.

After being screwed over by Uhaul (who over booked the storage space even though there was no availability) I was treated as a valued customer at Midgard. I was given a large unit that matched my needs. It was clean and the staff were patient and very accommodating given my situation. The process was quite easy to do and I was in my unit in no time. Both staff were very competent worked well together.

It was easy to sign up and the storage was available immediately after payment.

The storage unit is very nice, we moved in the day we bought it and it was very open and lots of space. It was nice and taking care of only a couple spiderwebs in some dead bugs but besides that it was OK. Nice customer service, the lady showed me around with the golf cart before I had even bought The unit, very nice!
