I had trouble with the website so I had to complete my registration in person. The facility customer service manager who assisted me was awesome! She explained everything in detail,she was warm and friendly. I felt like she wanted my business!

I had a wonderful experience with Teri, the Property Manager, when I went into the facility to ask questions about a storage unit. She was extremely helpful and super friendly. The property is clean and appears to be in a safe area. The rates are competitive. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Amanda was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I was greeted with a smile, I was given a tour around the property and everything was explained very efficiently. Truly enjoyed my visit to this facility.

We relocate from PA and next day I start searching for service and file on line my size that a needed and in less than 20 minutes I received a call from Storage King USA from Terry very nice person and perfect customer service she help us with the size of storage and explain everything very funny and simple way the storage perfectly clean and a good customer service I will definitely recommend Storage King USA.

Staff was very friendly and informative. I was in and out quickly, and was able to access everything I needed right away.

The staff was quick and friendly. They discussed and went through the information and emailed me everything. If you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a lock for the unit you may purchase one there on site. If you bring a truck load with you to the office (as I did) as soon as your paperwork is complete your set to move your property in the unit then and there (as I did). Friendly, Quick, and Simple.

The manager and assistant manager are wonderful people, amazing personalities, great to work with, fun, generally care about you and your storage needs......... The units are well-kept, clean, great place to keep your valuables, and storage needs. I would definitely recommend it to anybody in the area that needs storage. The grounds are Well-kept, very secure, and would please anyone....... This facility is definitely a place I would come back to from my storage needs....

This storage facility was chosen initially because of location. But after talking with the owners and moving in some items, I think I would say the people that own and run this storage place became the # one reason why I'd recommend them to friends needing storage.

In the midst of the frenzy of moving a divorcing daughter, it was a real pleasure to meet a calm personable person to help us secure a storage space. The climate controlled unit was clean. There were extra wide doors which helped in moving big items.
