Customer Service was excellent, storage fees in compare to other rentals in the area was reasonable. The cleanliness of the storage unit could have been better. It needed sweeping.

I highly recommend this facility. Friendly staff, not tied to any contracts, all units are drive up and accessible any time you need to get in and it's the best price in the area.

Entrance is awkward, you have to get out of your car to put the code in, leaving is very easy however.

There was a small mishap meeting up to get the paperwork done, but it was resolved appropriately. First unit had broken glass but she was able to find another and it was clean. Overall very pleased. Note: one side has lots of lightning at night but the other does not. Not as safe on that side of the building

Unit is perfect size for me and my son to store our belongings while we move to Nevada. No it isn't temperature controlled but it does fit our needs. And the unit is accessible anytime I need it.
