This is the best rental we have been to. The staff was extremely nice. They were very accommodating for our needs which was a whole house move. The storage is very secure with barb wires fence surrounding it and pin# entry and exit. They even gave a discount on a greatly priced unit.

When I first drove to the facility after making my on-line reservation, the office was locked and no one answered my knock. It was around lunch time, so I decided to come back later. About an hour later I went back. Office still locked and no manager. Other people were waiting to pay for their unit and move in. One of these people got hold of the manger on the phone, who said she would be there in about 20 minutes. About twenty minutes later she arrived. The manager, Mary Smith, was apologetic and said she was trying to cover three locations due to employees calling in sick. She was courteous and handled my reservation quickly.
