First impression: wonderful location, clean, decent prices, easily accessible and staff is friendly. So far Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very happy with my unit.

Had a good experience signing up for AAA self-storage. Unit was clean and cool. Appreciated that they had one unit left. Only negative was we had trouble finding the location.

Very easy process! Helpful staff. Overall clean, just cobwebs and similar stuff. Place is nice and in the middle of the city which is good. Would definitely use again if needed and will recommend! Only problem was that they weren’t good with returning my call which prevented me from being able to use the “free truck” with move in option.

Very helpful and friendly. Besides a good price, the use of a moving truck made me pick this facility over another that was closer to my house.

Believe me I looked and couldn't find a better storage unit for my needs. Employees were wicked friendly and seemed pumped about their work. Password entrance to gate, heavy duty unit lockers, security cameras, and barbed-wire fences. I opted out of the insurance because I was so sure this place was safe. Price was great, especially with their special that made my second month only $1. Only wish it was closer to my school.

This was my first time using a storage facility. We rented this unit for the summer for my daughters who are students at HPU. I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of this facility, from security, to pricing, to personnel helping me through the process

This facility is well maintained, secure, and affordable. Cathy, the lady that works the front desk, is always friendly and accommodating.

I rented a storage at this facility for more than 10 months as i was not here in town. I would have moved my stuff out to a different storage before but i didn't have much time for that. The store manager at this facility is horrible. Every time you ask a question she will behave like you are asking for some money from her retirement. Last time she yelled at me when i asked her, why the door is locked. This was the time and i moved out. So, my advice is don't go for this one. There are some good public storage with nice staff to help you 24X7. I am with Public storage now and my experience have been good.
