The property manager and the other females that I have encountered at my time of renting a storage space here are always very polite and professional. I'm always greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The property is very clean. My overall experience has been great here.

Everything went smoothly when I called to get everything set up, but when I got there were extra fees that wasn't told to me over the phone about having to pay for their lock instead of bringing your own and the insurance but due to the nature of my emergency I paid it anyway. I could've paid a lot less with another storage place down the street.

Good place to rent. A few addons at the end but still a good price.

I love the staff at the Public Storage there in Greensboro, NC (Cone Blvd.) I am a Flight Attendant and I often forget to pay on the due date but without fail, I get that "friendly reminder call" and I take care of business. Keep up the great work, ladies!!!!!!
