Public Storage - Greensboro - 2711 Randleman Road

The site manage was excellent, facility is clean and neat. Two issues, I am paying extra for a climate controlled unit and I don't believe either ac unit is working, mid 90's and never running and no signs of condensation at the coils, unlike other units on site, resulting in potential damage to my stored items and excess storage charges. I would like someone from outside the franchise location to verify effective operation. Also, I was charged $40 for two custom locks, that I can never reuse and the location does not recycle/refund, Please contact me, Scott Cornell, 248-224-1469, thanks.

Online reservation and rental went without issues...Very professional Office staff..

Very friendly and courteous answered all questions fully. Looked at other facilities but settled on yours for above reasons

Miranda was AWESOME!! Her energy and pleasantry is what increases customer retention. From my initial contact with her on the phone after placing unit on hold made me feel like I picked the right place. She rocks and please let her know this. I was a stressed mom who traveled 6 hours to pick up daughter from school for COVID-19 shut down. She defiantly made my day much more enjoyable after I finally met her. Best, Rhonda

Charlene at the Randleman Road public storage facility in Greensboro North Carolina did an outstanding job and I most certainly would recommend that particular Public Storage in Greensboro North Carolina.

They were friendly and helpful.

The people there was real great to me

Gated, well-lit, secure and friendly staffed. Other than expensive insurance requirements this was a great space for a great price of the storage unit alone.

The customer service is great. Due to a hardship placing my things in storage was a difficult task. My rep was compassionate, friendly and very helpful. I changed my reservation three time with no sign or appearance of being annoyed from the customer service rep.

Jessica has excellent customer service. She was very friendly and caring.

Good service, clean units. The facility is gated for extra security. I thought there were some unnecessary fees involved but all in all a painless experience.

Very clean and friendly staff

Everything was perfect, from my call to my visit. I don't know who I spoke to when I called. One of the managers called back, her name escapes me as well. HOWEVER, I met Ashley at the store! (Face to face contact really helps.) She was great! She took care of everything for us, it was quite painless! Thank you for exceptional service!

Great customer service,clean storage units and friendly professional people to go over the rental contract.

I tried a few weeks ago to get inside to check on my items that were stored and the gate was broken. There was a couple sitting and waiting to get in to no avail as well. Not sure how it needs to be handled if and when you have problems with your gate but I think at least a note should have been posted as to who could be called or contacted in case it was an emergency and someone needed something of importance out of their unit.

We rented a 10 x 20 unit for 5 months and a 10 x 10 unit for 2 weeks while we made arranges to move to another state. Everyone in the office was helpful whenever we needed them. We had no doubt out possessions would be save in the climate-controlled units. Moving in and out was smooth. We would definitely use them again.
