I loved the ease of this process

The place was just what we needed

The only issue was the inside dimensions were smaller than the advertised size.

I went online, filled out simple forms, rented a unit, was sent my gate access code and they even had a lock inside unit for me with 2 keys ! Mind you all of this was around 11pm and I was able to get into my unit instantly without the office even being open ! Highly Recommend!

I was very confused on how to get into my unit. The instructions provided were very vague. Then, customer service didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t answer my calls for a while. I was able to get in after but it was very difficult and unnecessarily time-consuming.

The facility is easily assessable, clean, and well managed. I will recommend to my friends!

The site is immaculate, the Manager Lauren is amazing. Very helpful and caring. My unit was clean and everything was great. Thank you for everything.

I was charged a full month for four days

This storage facility was easy to find, quick to book and convenient to access. The main thing I really appreciated about this facility was the customer service I received. Dany, the manager was professional, courteous and patient with me from the beginning to the end of my booking experience!! It's rare to find really good customer service these days, so kudos to her and her team. Although I didn't expect to pay for a lock (wished that charge was shared earlier in the booking process), I'm pretty satisfied for the deal I got. Also, my storage building had some old, broken furniture outside one of the side access doors that was left by someone. I gave a 3 for cleanliness since I had to move them aside during move in, which was a little annoying. since I was pressed for time and by myself. Despite that, if you're in the Greensboro area and you need a storage facility, I recommend checking this one out.

Nat checked us in and was super helpful and customer service focused. The renting process online was super easy and quick.

I picked Public Storage for their "$1 for the first month" deal. But then there was a $25 one time office fee. And the required $15 monthly insurance. And then the $22 to buy the special lock that you have to use (at least for the 5x5 unit). I still went with them since the nearly $60 total was similar to what other places charge for a month. I just wish they were a little more transparent up front with the cost.

I asked to use one because I left mine and was told no 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

I am especially impressed with the pricing of the 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢-10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ storage spaces. I would have to pay more than double for them same amount of space anywhere else.

Very easy after I learned how. The manager (Dani) was very helpful and got me squared away in no time. I am still waiting for a refund on the overage taken on my credit card.

I moved from Kansas and have a unit in Kansas. I came here a year ago and Dani has been the young lady that I have gone to the entire year and she greets me EVERY time I come in to pay for my unit. Even with late fees, she's been very patient and helpful! She has been VERY awesome to me and I would recommend this location to anybody who needs a storage unit. Dani is ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!

The people here are great. I really wanted climate controlled storage but it wasn't available. Amanda and Dani showed me something that would still work and even had a damp rid tub to help with the humidity. I am very pleased with their services.

Made my reservation online, and then realized it was going to snow 8 inches the night before my move-in date. I called and was able to get reschedule a day earlier with no trouble. Walked into the location, and had excellent customer service. Kayla processed everything quickly and efficiently. She was friendly & helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. This is my second time using this location for storage, and have been happy both times.

The staff was very polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The property is cleaner then I thought it would be and much more secure.

Honest no hidden prices inexpesive

I filled out all of the paperwork on line made my reservation it was fast and easy. Went to the Public Storage location signed everything and was on my way to move things in again it was fast and easy.

Dani was our property manager. I cannot thank her enough for being so sweet and knowledgeable to our storage needs.

Got my lease set up pretty quickly and appointment time fit my schedule, unit was clean and size was good

I knew very little about storage and just happen to go by. The staff was so welcoming and took the time to explain the various units and price. I was even shown a few. Before I left that day I had rented a unit and have already stored quite a lot. Still have some more to store before putting house on the market, but the unit has plenty more room. Place is extremely safe no matter when I there.

The workers here are super helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable. My only complaint is all of the doors for the interior units have passcode locks to get in, yet some are always unlocked and some are always locked. I don't understand why there would be a passcode for a door if it's not required to get inside. Other than that, everything is perfect!

The access gate is open 24 hours a day meaning free access to anyone into the facility. The lighting around the facility needs updating there are multiple lights out my particular out of storage unit has no lighting. I'm very disappointed with the overall upkeep of this facility

We needed a short term storage space to help us work on some decluttering at our house and this fit the bill. I got a quote on the internet, received a phone call back within minutes and we were in our storage bin by the end of the day. The facility is clean, spacious, and just what we need for some small storage.
