Everything was perfect. The only thing they don't tell you is that you don't get to pick your unit online like you would an airplane seat. I got a unit with a messed up door but we were able to get it easily resolved

Easy to miss entrance but not a big deal. Key pad just a little too close to the gate, not an issue if you have your phone and the app. Overall still decent place thus far to store you belongings.

The customer service desk is horrible. Every time I went in there the guy was rude and unprofessional. Directions are horrible and the prices can be better. My storage had stuff in it and I had to clean it.

Well I don't have much to say about the property because I wasn't at all that impressed with it. There was too many spiders for me. I was only able to get a unit because your employee Keyona showed me 250 units. It was hot that day and the spiders were everywhere and so many of the units looked crazy but that young lady was nice and courteous with me the whole time and she showed me unit after unit after unit until I FINALLY found one that I could stomach. She could have got frustrated after that first hot crazy hour of looking but she kept with me and was soooo nice, too nice if you ask me and I really really really appreciate her patience. She was running around in all that heat trying to fix things and make things work...I was very impressed with that young lady. She made my day more bearable than it would have been had I gotten someone who had had enough of me and was impatient and ready for me to make a decision. You really do not find customer service that good anymore so for that I was grateful.

Hey if you ever need storage I would recommend Public Storage. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I just hope the prices remind reasonable.
