I called a few weeks before I planned to move in to a unit. Julia was super helpful in answering any of my questions. Other places were quoting me double of what G&N prices were. We made a reservation for my space and she even sent me reminders and followed later to see if I had more questions! Day of move in, her husband was so kind and showed me my space before I unloaded all of my things. This is a great business.

The price is descent and the storage units are nice and clean

Excellent customer service

We received outstanding service from the owners, George and Julia. The initial phone call was with Julia and she provided all the information I needed to make my decision to go with this company. Upon arrival the next day, George had our paperwork, lock and keys ready for us. I can't stress enough how friendly and helpful they were! Their prices are great and the 10' x 15' storage unit was spotless. I felt very comfortable leaving my personal belongings there. I would recommend them to anyone needing a safe, clean place to store their items.

We called ahead to confirm our reservation and George was very professional. When we arrived check in was quick and George did a great job of covering everything. We also loved Mr. Biscuit!

We were in a hurry the day we rented this space. And it was the last place to unpack since it was Saturday. The staff was very friendly and we felt at home..They have a portable toilet which was surprisingly clean odorless (believe it!). This is the type of storage I love - quiet, paved, lite, clean.

Needed to rent a storage unit while building a house. Called several storage facilities in the Greenville area. Not only did G & N provide the best quality facility, but offered the best price as well. Found the facility to be well maintained. The unit was clean, dry and odor free. The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this facility!
