We did our reservation and contract online and were provided with a unit number. We got to select our own passcode for gate entry. Upon arrival we found the assigned unit destroyed! Turns out it was supposed to be removed from the availability list as someone had run into it. We quickly got a new one assigned and proceeded to store our items. Unfortunately, our passcode didn't transfer to the new unit and we got stuck. Fortunately, the attendant was available and quickly provided a new one. A bit confusing overall, but we were appreciative of the immediate assistance.
