Although the experience went fairly well, there was some confusion , and unit was not swept out. Otherwise all wass good

Price is a bit much but staff is wonderful.

GOOD OVERALL!!! PRICING TO START IS A BIT TOO HIGH, BUT HEY INFLATION.

The young lady at the desk was very helpful and nice. My unit is easy Accessible and clean plus the rate is affordable.

Got it all done with no problems. That's the most important thing.

The unit needs the light repaired. I let the attendant know on Friday and she said she would get on it. Other than that, it is all good.

When I was moving in I accidentally didn't make it out of there til alittle after 9pm and I thought geez I was going to be in major trouble actually thought the police was going to show up but they didn't, now the only thing that happened was I wasn't able to get into the gate one evening but come the next day I had received a call with them informing me of why I wasn't able to get into the unit and they explained that next time I would be fined which is highly understandable. I do think that if you pay for a unit and are there after 9pm that you should be allowed to be, but now if you was to leave you could not re-enter. I know that I'm usually busy from working all day or I'm usually a night owl and I can get lost doing something for awhile and during a move I definitely could get lost in our unit, re organizing, rearranging and much more. But I'm thankful for the storage facility and it's in a great location I think. One other thing I would fix is that I think there should be a light that works inside the unit as there is one but it doesn't work and I had thought they used to so I had went to Walmart and bought an extra piece for the outlet but I was wrong and never got it to light up but it's okay.

I was very pleased with the customer service Representatives who help me rent my unit also very very pleasing are the prices for the units I was extremely pleased Public Storage was an all-around excellent experience

Move in was smooth and trouble free....

The experience was good. I rented 2 storage rooms at separate times and the only downside is the fact that the employee at the site the second time was not very polite. Needed a little more training in customer service. I understand what with what is happening with Covid-19, but it does not mean that people should not be treated with respect. Otherwise, very happy with the place and the service provided.

Easy move in and very friendly people.

Nicole was very professional and informative when I went in to ask about a storage unit for my parents moving to the area. She was happy to give me all of my options and was super patient. We will be moving our things into a unit next week. Highly recommend this facility!

Was very easy to get set up with a unit and took about fifteen to twenty minutes. The office staff (Nicole or Olivia - I can't remember which one worked with us) was cheerful, courteous, and took care explaining different insurance options (something the telephone representatives neglected to mention!). I would highly recommend this location!

Excellent customer service, excellent rates, excellent security. I have used public storage twice within the past 3 years and have never had any problems. I just recently had to find a unit last minute and public storage was available that day. I was booked online and pulling into the facility within 20 minutes. I am very pleased.
