The only problem I had was I was given the wrong address repeatedly. They told me 1506 26th St SW. it is in Longview and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a residence. The correct address is 1506 26th St Blvd SE in Hickory

Had great appointment with knowledgeable and friendly staff. However I believe a mistake was made as I was granted 10 day 24 hr access due to situation but was denied entry by electronic gate. The upsetting part is I have this weekend only and already took one day of work missing 165$ and will likely have to do same today to make up time. Making move in cost 350. If this issue gets fixed this morning I'll change the stars to reflect the level of customer service recieved

Great staffing. Very friendly and professional. However with one weekend to get it all done it's a bummer my 24 hour gate code was denied on Saturday night and business will be closed Sunday. So I'm hoping it's was a miscommunication and this will reach someone in time to resolve this issue very soon and I won't have to miss a second twelve hour shift to accomplish the already draining task of a one day move. Also signs on the gate should not give you directions to call a number to reach staff member after hours if there is no staff to talk. Plus the website states it will immediately resolve issues with one email. All being said if it was just a minor mistake that gets fixed this morning I will change my review to reflect the level of customer service received. If not I'm out another 165 for missing work again. Making the first month of free rent a grand total of 350 + expenses. I'd love to change this really just trying to raise the flag for immediate attention. Г°ЕёЛњВЃ

Nice clean units nice atmosphere

Was a great experience this far using this facility. Chris was awesome and even while we moved in came to check on us etc... Just very pleased!

Mike was very helpful and professional.

The gentleman that checked me in was so kind and friendly. He was a pleasure to deal with. The facility was very clean and well kept, with good security. My only complaint is that the corners are too narrow, making it very difficult to back a trailer around them. It would be nice if the road between the units went all the way around so you wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to back yourself back out with a 12ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ trailer, like I had to do.

Ashley is the best. She does a great job at satisfying her customers. I would refer anyone to her.
