Easy process. Clean facility safe surroundings

Area kind of trashy, loose sticks, weeds etc, could use a good mowing, raking, trim back tree limbs.

Kind of in out of the way area, no other businesses or homes close by, lots of old tree branches, weeds, overgrown tree limbs hanging over my storage space #29, needs raking up debris, mowing of grassy areas, possibly restriping parking lot spaces. In general just make the place look ( lived in ) otherwise itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a good storage facility, one other thing would be if local police/sheriff dept. came by and drove thru the place occasionally!! Thanks

They constantly raise the price, there’s a “maintenance man” named Matt who has a note book with the codes to every unit and also opens units, matter of fact he opened my unit up while i was inside it. alarm stays on 24/7. rear door constantly stays open most the time only shuts if you force it. needles in the units and outside as well as people who open other peoples units would not recommend.

The storage area is nice, however an alarm was going off when we got in, the back doors were wide open and it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make me feel very safe there. Will not be staying. There were also no dolleys to assist or anything to roll boxes on.

Drove there and got inside the gate with no problem. Drove around to the inside entrance and found my unit. Was concerned that DaVinci lock was not as identified as provided in my received email, but tried the provided combination anyway. It didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. Tried to call Customer Service, but there is no cell service from inside the facility. Had to go back outside and call Customer Service. Finally reached a representative who helped me with my problem immediately. Went back inside and tried new combination and it worked. Made multiple trips from locker to car. Wished the facility had a dolly or hand truck to facilitate the process. Allﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s well now.

I didn't realize that the facility didn't have a person available in the office. Even without someone available the process was very easy. I called customer service because it looked like my reservation didn't go through. They very quickly helped me and stayed in the phone until my issue was resolved. Sometimes systems mess up but getting the issues resolved quickly when a mistake is made, that's Customer Service & Beyond.

I had some unique circumstances which required me to contact customer support 3 times. My calls were answered quickly and the support was very helpful. The unit was exactly what I expected from the description and easy to access.

Easy to reach the unit. Very clean. Perfect size. I haven't had to use customer service but the online application was quick and easy.

Its hard not having a live person on-site. Could not find any carts on the premises to use. But was very clean and the customer service gal, Sarah was so helpful on the phone.

No one was at the facility and a long wait for phone assistance. We finally did an online move-in which we could have done before we left. Should push that for new customers

We rented two units ourselves and my mom also rented a unit for over 6 months while our new home was being built. We purchased insurance on all 3 units for a “just in case” situation not ever expecting to need it. In one of the units water came under the wall and damaged our dining room table (warped the edge, mold everywhere). We filed a claim, sent in pictures of the damage to the table and water stain under the wall, even sent in stain on blankets wrapped around it and we were denied. We wasted a ton of money on insurance for 3 units and have a ruined table to show for it. This facility does stand behind their customers. They have an independent claims company from another state that made the decision. VERY UNFAIR-DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR STORAGE. WE ARE ALSO CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL.

Very nice people to deal with and service was great

I was looking for another storage unit and found this place online with an awesome price. The leasing process was easy and they included a lock. I called customer service to get the code and the gentleman I spoke with was very attentive and professional. I will be keeping this unit even after I move because I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the price and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s secure inside storage facility.

The best price ever and the customer service was wonderful. Everyone was pleasant to talk to and walk you through all steps needed. I will definitely be bringing more people to this storage facility to rent and was clean. Best experience I have ever had renting a storage unit!

Very clean easy access easy to rent friendly online service. Checked out a lot of places and this place is by far this best place.
