Move in was rather easy, figuring out the lock was actually my fault because I didn't read everything. But to get the code from customer service was difficult, didn't seem like they new what they were doing.

Every thing was very smooth as signing a contract but the only thing need to be worked on is the phone number as customer service because I tried to call few times only massages so finally I call the self storage . Com phone number then they connect me to customer service and she was awesome and helpful and special thanks to Allyson at customer service
