I rented a 10 x 10 unit online after talking with a rep about the special pricing for the first two months. Went to check it out and found that someone had gone to the bathroom in the corner (and on the wall) and covered it partially with a t shirt. I called the facility manager and was on hold for more than half an hour. No one ever answered. I tried again and got no answer. This was unacceptable, particularly the fact that I could not get anyone on the phone to help me. There was no working gate at the facility, so anyone can walk up and go in the empty units whenever they want. Avoid this place.

When I checked prices a year ago federal storage had the best rates, my payment was $65 per month on a 10 by 10, since then theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve increased my payment every other month and in one year my payment is $120 per month, when I got my bill I tried to call but the recording told me a representative manager couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t was not available to answer any questions , and that I should go online, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m getting out as soon as possible

I recommend 10 federal storage to anyone. It was very convenient for us and the size of my unit was nice with good spacing to fit my three bedroom home. Getting the unit was fast and available. If I need a storage unit again, this will be the spot.

You can see the facility is making improvements and is very clean, but security gate has not yet been set up and I was not informed of that at booking. That needs to be done asap. Customer service has been great every time I called, and the pricing was much more reasonable than other name brands. Although I was originally worried that it was an unmanned facility, the on-line check in and getting in the first time went quickly and smoothly.

I needed availability for a Sunday within a very short notice. Everything was streamlined and professional. Would highly recommend!

We went to the unit there is no kiosk no lock so we had to go buy our own from the gas station next door it smelled as if someone urinated in our unit and to add the cherry on top there is no form of security at all.

Outside spaces not marked well. Even with map, I am not sure I have the right space. Fence in places look like someone climbed over, Some unit doors were smashed in. There was a lot of stuff in the rows. I know you had to make changes because of road const. I don't see how the large boat next to mine will be able to make the turns to get out of there.

The person I spoke to on the phone did all the necessary work to arrange my unit .It was easy ,fast and very convenient. The facility is easy to get to and they are out door units so all I had to do was pull up and unload my car .Easy and reasonably priced.
