good reviews. very nice and efficient manager. good location. easy in an out except keypad could be better located. Biggest disappointment is lack of info on website regarding insurance and lock. Sort of got a "gotcha" feeling when registering.

It was a simple process, the staff was very helpful and the price was good.

As of now, I am only giving a four star rating because I have not retrieved my personal items but, as far as professionalism, customer service and politeness...it was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and caring.

I love the service, the professionalism of the staff, and the fact that my needs were accommodated.

I love the manager. She's polite, resourceful, and made me feel comfortable.

Deceptive pricing. Was quoted a price and when my invoice was emailed was $30 higher. When I went to the office to ask about the error I was told if I didn't like it I could move to another facility.

Cheryl was great! She listened to my needs and made every effort to accommodate my needs. The property is well maintained.

The customer service experience was great, but when I reserved the storage I thought I would only be putting down $25.00. When I went in to pay for my storage I was told I had to buy the lock as well as renters insurance, which increased my total to over $50. Customers should be made aware upfront about the whole price if they apply online. Overall, I would still recommend them, but I just believe people should know everything in the beginning so that they are aware of how much they really have to spend.

From start to finish my experience with public storage was great. The ease of the online reservation system made the stress of moving melt away. From the moment I stepped in the door Brooke was friendly, helpful and above all knowledgable. I would recommend public storage to anyone I know that's moving!

The staff gave great service, did everything right on the first try, and left you with the idea that they really enjoy their job. The facility was clean, especially individual storage areas.
