Took time to get used to all of the codes to get in and out of units.

Tried several times and could not get to my floor. No customer service. after hours. Not Happy

The on-site facility rep was helpful and answered all questions that I had. The unit was clean, the building was clean. The safety measures also made me feel at ease

This is a very clean facility. I was able to move in quickly. I wish the price was lower but it is very clean and secure.

Clean new facility for a fair price

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the first ever that I needed to rent a storage unit, and the whole experience from reserving to renting on the app was super easy! Access to the unit was convenient, they provided a cart, and the elevators are spacious The premises are clean and secure

Good location But problems with my phone trying to open gate

I thought it would be a long drawn out process. Nope! When I got there my wife went inside to take care of business due to my disability and, Laura was very respectful, considerate when it came to my health. I'd did not take as long as I had thought it would. I only had to get out of the car once to sign the contract. I love this place. And the customer service is phenomenal.!

After moving from overseas I did not realize how much stuff Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve accumulated. Long story short, I ended up needing three units and Laura was so patient and helpful during a time that could have been a lot more stressful. Very professional and warm.

Christa greeted us and explained everything from insurance to the polices and the welcoming special. It was a pleasure to talk to a true professional that was happy to be working and helping us. Would recommend to everyone. We wanted air-cooled storage and we were shown a 5 x 10 which was perfect.

I arrived after a 6 hour drive and had to unload my truck by myself. My phone was almost dead and Barbara not only allowed me to charge it in the office, but she kept it in a safe place so it wouldn't get stolen. She also allowed me to use the restroom and kept it unlocked until I left after her for the day. She also brought me Ice cold water TWICE! It was so hot out and that was a HUGE relief! She went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort. She instilled peace of mind in all her hospitality. She deserves a raise! I will refer anyone and everyone to this facility because of her. Thank you Barbara!

We had a few hiccups when renting a storage unit in apex so we went to the one in Holly Springs to see if they had a unit that would fit our needs a little better. Ashley was there to assist us and I cannot express how amazing she was. She was kind, and compassionate to our situation. She helped us find a unit that fit our needs. And truly made us feel like she cares about her customers. We were completely blown away. Hire more people like Ashley, she is what the company needs more of!

This is a Great facility. The only thing I dislike is the fact that it has hours. I wish it would be open 24/7 or at least till midnight. But friendly staff and clean.

I needed a place for my stuff. Found them through a Google search. Seemed like the best price for what I needed. Reservation was easy and quick. Customer service was professional and courteous. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I did the rental online, then went to the facility to complete the paperwork. It was all completed quickly the same afternoon. The facility is clean, easy to access and well secured.

They do require insurance which wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t communicated before the actual date of move in, but the security is excellent. The people were nice. Everything was ready when I arrived. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find a cheaper unit for climate control in the region!

While the check-in process was quick, once I got there I was told I had to purchase their lock for a climate controlled unit as well as I needed a hard copy of my homeowner's declaration page. I was called twice to confirm my reservation and neither of these items were mentioned. I have rented units elsewhere in the area and they have always let me use my own lock and took the email copy of my HO Dec page. That was a little frustrating.

Lots of "hidden costs" at first visit, like set up fee, you have to purchase lock, require you to have at least $5000 insurance coverage which I was not told about upfront.

Reserve a unit on line did rapid setup on line made reservation to visit office when I arrived place was set for social distancing in and out in a few minutes

My $1 first month charge turned out to be $61 due to $19 for the lock, $15 for the insurance, and $25 more, so I was a little surprised, but I am giving Public Storage a 5 star because the total month to month cost is well worth the space we are renting, and the facility and security and access hours are top notch

They had a sale for $1 for the first month. Make sure you read about the policies and everything first so you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get fooled. I ended up paying about $75 with the fees, a dehumidifier, and insurance. Not bad for starting out though!!

My husband and I were in need of a climate controlled facility near us to store my mother's belongings after having to place her in a nursing home. Being the first time we have done this and after looking at a few facilities we visited Public Storage and was very impressed with the location, security and affordability. Gabby was the individual who helped us and she was fantastic. Being picky as to the unit I wanted, she was very patient and understanding about my security issues (i.e. not wanting to be near an exit door or in full view, etc.) Her calmness and understanding of a delicate situation in essence calmed me down and made me feel that "everything was going to be okay." Thank you Gabby for your professionalism and understanding my concerns.
