We recently rented a unit at Anchor. The facility is awesome! Cody and Courtney are amazing and have been very helpful throughout the whole process! The facility is very clean and well maintained; the 24 hour access is also a plus.

Well, we are still renting.The location is so convenient.Stays extremely clean & secure.Never had any worries.Customer service never less than excellence! Even after our special expired & rent went up,the facility is too perfect to move to somewhere cheaper!

Anchor has been very good to us. We have no worries of our belongings due to excellent security, outstanding cleanliness. This storage has not posed any issues regarding pests, dirt, nor poor costumer service. Every email or correspondence I have made has always been replied/resolved in a very expedited manor! The website has many different types of potential storage units for whatever your need, which can be easily reserved for same or next day check-in. Staff were helpful and available immediately upon my arrival. They walked me (a first time renter anywhere) through the minimal paperwork and procedures of the facility, but I still felt my possession were very safe once stored.

I had the best experience with this facility. I had to locate a storage facility in a short amount of time and a family member referred me. So, I called and experienced the best customer service over the phone ever! Such a smooth and non stressful transition & transaction. On top of the excellent customer service, the facility is extremely clean, and great surveillance. I recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a storage facility! Extremely pleased.
