I found the unit to be exceptionally clean, Ashley to be an avid professional with a heart of gold. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

Blythe Landing is a very convenient location with 2 entrances.The 10x10 is spacious and immaculate. The idea to get a storage unit was a spontaneous moment and the greatest lifesaver to get things out of the way. The process was extremely fast and the service was professional.I was able to purchase a lock and get my insurance situated all within 1 hour. I highly recommend this facility.

Blythe quoted a higher monthly price, said the free month wasn't applicable, and refused to honor the senior discount. Reluctantly honored the advertised rate and free month when I showed it to them on Sparerfoot's website. Got some of it back by tacking on an extra, non refundable, $11 per month for content insurance. Said it was mandatory, nothing they can do about it this month, but they'll take it off next month if I provide a declaration from my insurance company. Wasn't mentioned until they found the advertised rate and free month on Sparefoot's website.

Customer service is excellent. The facility and unit are conveniently located, clean as can be and well-organized. I shopped around so I know that the price is reasonable —first month free rent sealed the deal!

Storing a boat on its trailer outdoors. Plenty of room for maneuvering and the process to lease was easy and transparent.

This is a great storage facility and the customer service is top notch. We needed a place for our boat trailer and although you can certainly find less expensive options, this place is clean, well organized, access in and out is way easier than your typical boat and storage options and they have full surveillance. I was hesitant at first b/c of the price, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth it. Great customer service and 24-hr gated access. Many storage places are only accessible during business hours and theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re constantly moving your trailer around to access other trailers and boats b/c they jam pack everything in.

I booked the unit online at 2:45 and was moved in by 4:30, Teresa made the process simple and she was up front about all of the rental policies. The unit was very clean and inside so it is climate controlled. I was very impressed.
