There's not enough carts at the facility where other people can use to move the furniture outside of that so far no complaints

I have used Public Storage before at another location and Brie remembered me from my time renting there. She made the process of getting my storage unit secured quick and easy. It's nice to work with people who are friendly and smiling the whole time they help you. Even when you ask silly questions! I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a safe, secure, and clean facility.

Bad very bad communication,horrible customer service,tell you one thing then add on fees that don't make any sense.I was told that $13 was due on June 29 and they called me on July 3rd saying I owe $220 for the month of July and for two days in June and lean fees for what don't make sense.Very horrible I would not recommend no one to use this storage unit.im so mad I can't explain really.HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Great customer service! The only thumbs down was that the Rep took me all the way to my storage unit and forgot the key. They should always make sure that is the 1st thing that you have on your person. It was a little "lonely" waiting up there but it turned out okay. The ladies were nice and explained everything that I needed to do in order to obtain and maintain a storage unit.

Great location, good hours, clean, east access, plenty of carts to use - only draw back was trying to pay online electronically, check was kicked back or returned to my bank. I pay all my bills electronically so I would like to do the same with this. Address and info was correct, funds were available, it was sent electronically to the address given me by Public Storage but it was sent back. Still trying to resolve this. Otherwise great place!

I have always trusted public storage with my things. I think the price is great, the customer service is excellent, and the atmosphere is safe.
