Nothing negative to say about the move in process, I was able to confirm and move in the day after my reservation. Customer service was great, location is excellent for anyone aboard mcas new river, and is directly across from Osprey Cove Apartments. Price is just a tad high for a 5x10, but not terrible, so 4.5 stars overall

Go to Prime Storage. They won't sell your belongings. Just a fyi 100x better for military deployments as well
