Eric was a great help with getting me astorage unit in the short time I needed it. There was a little misunderstanding on my part to what storage facility that I was supposed to go to, but everything turned out fine. I moved my items to the right storage unit 2 days later.

I had no problems finding the place. The gate code worked first try and had my name on the display which was unexpected and nice. Having been recognized.was a new experience for me I have never had that kind of experience before.

Overall great experience! The unit wasn't cleaned out but I swept it out. Customer service was friendly.

Unit size and location are nice, clean and convenient. Two areas of concern are the office at this location is closed, so I drove 8 miles across town, just to see a note on the door telling me to call a number or drive to another office on the side of town from which I had come. The second area of concern was/is the sensor on the gate doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work, so the gate is constantly open, although the do have cameras on the gate and through the property.
