Mr. Storage has superb customer service. Someone is actually in the office during business hours to answer phones and in-person questions. My only complaint is the numbers weren't visible on lockers due to recent paint job BUT clear and concise directions were given to locate my locker.

Great price.great customer service.very friendly.
