Public Storage - Kannapolis - 810 Oregon Street

When we arrived, the lock was provided, as indicated, but there were 2 doors, so we still had to go buy locks. Luckily we gave ourselves lots of time and made our flight on time.

Great internet rates. Staff is easy to work with. Very clean facility. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of not having 24 hour availability to the gate. 6am-9pm kinda ridiculous. I should have access to my belongings whenever I want!

I gave 4 stars simply because the process was easy and property manager was awesome. The only issues I had was with the unit. I was told the lighting inside would not work and would not likely be fixed due to a glitch in the unit. Also the security gate was broken. Ill only be occupying the unit until March. They had the best rate, very convenient off the highway and signing up was so easy. That, along with the property manager being so nice and helpful I decided to go ahead with the rental.

The local onsite representative was very helpful. I didn't have as much luck with the Call Center. If it weren't for Brittany's help, I could have ended up moving to North Carolina with no place to store my things and stuff, and also my items. She really helped me get everything in place though. Great customer Service, Thanks BRITTANY!!!

Brittney at the Public Storage in Kannapolis was beyond terrific. Go see her for your storage space. She is awesome.

I recently visited this facility. Rebecca was very kind and helpful. The office and grounds were clean and well maintained. I was very happy with my experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

I would suggest anyone interested in renting one of these spaces to go and see if you can look at what is available. On the phone the reservation person just seemed to want to get your business but did not really describe the unit you might have interest in renting. I later found I would have to go through two doors with no outside access. The facility itself is fine and the person on site, Rebecca, is very helpful. Since I was only needing short term storage I just went with what I had agreed to on the phone.

You probably need to visit the place first and not just call and arrange for a place sight unseen. Some spaces have no outside access and so you cannot pull up to an outside door and just unload. Large items would have to be carried through an outside door then into an inside door. The property manager is very nice and helpful. They insist you have insurance so the cost will be higher than the basic rental.

I met Miss Judy she helped me take care of my reservation, showed me my unit and gave me my key. She was excellent and very friendly and helpful. She was so knowledgeable and on top of things. I enjoyed working with her. She made my experience excellent.

I would definitely recommend Public Storage for all your storage needs.

Your prices are constantly going up. You don't offer incentives for your loyal customers and the customer service is not good. The is a new rep every time you talk the the store.
