AAA Self Storage - Kernersville - Brookford Industrial Drive

This facility has some of the most amazing customer service Mrs.Joy made sure everything was taken care of as far as paperwork and was extremely helpful when it come down to questions about the facility and other questions I had I would recommend this facility to everyone if you are looking. They have great prices and units are clean and the staff make sure you are taken care of.

Friendly ...good customer service showed me around the property. The only thing I would ask is that they go over or review keypad locations to come in and get out we had a hard time finding the keypad to get out...I can laugh now but we werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t laughing at the time

Registered online, made a quick visit to the office for paperwork, and everything was good to go.

The unit was clean and tidy and they provided a free moving truck for a 4 hour period. The price was very reasonable for a 10x10 unit.

So far, so good! Staff were friendly and helpful. I like the 3rd month free bonus. Have never rented a storage unit before so it is hard to compare this place to other ones but again, I'm satisfied so far!
