Elevator doors way too small for moving large items. Hallways no picnic either

I'll be definitely adding this to my Google review for you guys to make sure that everyone knows how the contactless process works and that your company between square foot and Leland starts to be trusted to process it securely and process everything as you say you would thank you so much for all you do God bless you!

The staff and facilities are all more than expected.

Would recommend with warnings of following! Changed rates from what I reserved. Never was able to talk directly to local on-site personnel until move in!

I reserved a unit at Leland Self Storage with Sparefoot. I was told I was reserving a 1st floor (ground level) unit and I could choose between first month free or 3 mos half price. On check in day the office was closed, therefore unable to move in on reserves day. When we were finally able to complete paperwork and move in we were told that corporate had failed to update Sparefoot bc they did not have any ground level units available. Did not offer an alternative on ground floor. They also didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give us the option of half price for 3 mos or first month free. Very, very disappointed!!!!! They know youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re vulnerable at the moment bc you need to move in so it feels as if we were taken advantage of.

I am very happy with the unit but feel like the price advertised on SpareFoot is kind of bait and switch. I reserved a 10x10 first floor unit for $57 a month with a $20 Admin fee. When I arrived onsite after calling them that morning to confirm I was informed that the unit was a second floor unit (Not a problem really as they have 2 elevators) and that the price was actually $52.50 a month for 2 months with the first month free after which the price would go to it's normal price of $105 a month. The Staff was very helpful and explained that the $52.50 is a promotion and sometimes doesn't get posted/updated properly on the site.

Mitch was very helpful, informative, and pleasant.

No one ever called me from the storage place so I printed the reservation and took it by the storage place. They said they did not have a notification to call, but they could take care of everything while I was there. It was a very easy process.

Very helpful and easy to return uhaul when done unloading ...helpful elevators and carts..couldn't imagine unloading truck with out those!

Nice clean storage facility with easy access.
