Friendly, and helpful. The RV spot was easy to get in to. Access from 6am to 10pm. I was told if not happy with the spot they would let me change. I would use them again and recommend them for the price.

The woman who rented me my storage building was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to me clearly. I would recommend this place because it's clean and it just is a well taken care of storage facility.

I've been in the military for a very long time, so storage units were a necessity. And now that I'm retired, I find that they are still indispensable. Having been all over the world and most of the USA, I can say that Prime Storage in Leland, NC is the best I've ever had. Top ranks to the staff and the (high & dry) facility.

In the last few years we have had too many (3) rate increases on my unit. I have another unit in Leland and during the same time period have not had any rate increases. If it was so inconveniently to move, I would, only due to the increases, customer service and cleanliness is not an issue.
