The process was super easy, the place was clean. Angel was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When I got there, we quickly realized that I had gotten a unit that was too small and Angela with no questions. I asked, switched it out and gave me a bigger unit immediately after telling her what all I had. She definitely made the whole process less stressful and she was extremely helpful.

I had the ability and option to set up on line which was great. When I got there the young lady had all ready called to check in with me, the unit originally asked for was too small and she was able to quickly and painlessly switch me to a larger unit. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. This storage facility is gated and protected which I love and it was very clean and easily accessible.

Moving from out of state and your Customer Service staff have been very helpful. Facility was clean and made us feel we'd definitely made the right choice for temporary storage of our home items.
