Good unit, small but enough for college student

Big space for a great price! Comes with a fee lock

This is my first rental and the process for getting the unit was easy and all online. Simple to get into the gate with the information provided and the lock was waiting inside the unit upon arrival. Unit couldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been swept out and it would be great if there were an overhead light. Just know that after fees, required insurance etc, you are spending more than advertised.

No problem's went very well yes I would recommend to A friend prices are somewhat fair. My only problem was the new Combination Locke fee $50 which was not in my original contract there was a portion that said $19 at the time I thought it was the storage unit lock fee . This lock fee is supposed to kick in in 30 days however I will be supplying my own lock as I feel $50 is a bit ridiculous for A $18 lock .

It was easy to select the size we wanted and the signing of the paperwork online and also make any changes along the way in regard to move in. Our contact person was friendly and helpful when we arrived to access the unit.

Checked other places and this was the best deal and easy process. Would recommend to anybody.

Overall, I chose this facility because of price. I guess you get what you pay for. The assigned space is smaller than I expected. The lot is very tight and difficult to navigate. There are mosquitoes everywhere.

In contacting them, they were extremely friendly and all the paperwork was so simple. It took no time to get the storage building and get our stuff in. Highly recommended!

I was truly blown away by the fact that the price I was given over the phone was nothing close tot he price it ended up costing me. I was not told of all the additional charges, such as the insurance and lock which is required not an option. I went in there expecting to pay about $45 and ended up spending $113 just to have another $43 due in less than 3 weeks. Very disappointed.

I feel that the location manager, Lucy, is very "pushy". Not only did she charge me $20 for a lock I didn't request, but she said if I bought 1 box from her, she'd give me 2 to help her win a sweepstakes. I feel she's entirely too pushy.

very pleasant experience, staff especially Erica, (a trainee) was very informative, professional, a great help choosing the correct size unit and the necessary supplies to pack and protect my stuff while in storage. a follow up call was received to make sure the unit was ok. very happy, I will recommend this facility to anyone.

Lucy Armer helped us rent a storage unit. She was very thorough in explaining everything to us and showing us the unit. She took us to the unit and gave us pointers on how to arrange our belongings. Our daughter is going through a separation and we wanted to help her rent a unit. It was an emotional day and Ms Lucy was so kind and compassionate, assured us that everything would be alright. She is a jewel for your company. We feel confident that we chose the right storage facility.

We feel very secure with our belongings being stored here and the customer service is great! Lucy, the manager is always helpful and we are always glad to see her smiling face!!
