I'm still renting an unit in Indian trail NC. A 5x5 unit. There was roof damage from a bird that got inside. I told management immediately that I removed the dead bird but repairs were needed. I left my key and signed a form with the front desk. No repairs were ever made on that unit as of today. I thought this would be a fast repair. I'm in a new unit now since I asked to switch after the roof was not fixed.

Enjoyed the sign in process. The young lady was very informative and helpful. It would be nice if there were more carts on each floor. Sometimes they are not there even early morning.

Having an in-door climate controlled facility is a plus, but your onsite manager, Crystal, is friendly and extremely helpful!!

The manager, Crystal, is most friendly and helpful. She answers messages promptly, so easy to work with. The facility is clean, well lit at night, and easy access.

Crystal is absolutely wonderful. She provided us with everything we needed to know and made the whole process extremely pleasant. The facility is in tip top shape, very well-maintained, very clean and with good lighting. I would recommend this storage facility with no hesitation.

Everything is wonderful here, except the temperature needs to be adjusted. Moving in from 40 degree weather and the facility was only 55 degrees. Its way too cold.

I've been with Public Storage for a while now and every time I walk in, I always get the best service! Crystal was nice and very informative, help me with all my questions while getting the unit! And everytime I come to pay my bill Tyler is always a joy to see and always makes me laugh! My in-laws are looking for houses right now, and I will make sure to point them in the right direction to come see Crystal and Tyler!

After 4 years of having 2 storage units at this location, I have to say I was ready to leave after the first upcharge by Public Storage. My 2 units were 105 or 115 per month, each. Public storage has increased my rate so many times that it's disturbing. Now I'm paying almost $400.00....196.00 × 2, which is ridiculous. I am now forced to move out all my units, due to the constant increase. All I can say is, DARLENE is the ONLY reason I've stayed there this long! She's always a pleasure to deal with and aims to please the best she can. She knows I'm always on the road for work and need reminders of payments due....whether I forgot or not, I always knew I'd receive a friendly reminder call from her by the 4th of each month...One less thing for me to worry about and much appreciated! Public storage, you unfortunately got me for about $20k....I hope you use a fraction of that to A) spray your units and B) replace rusted doors/panels, and C) give that lady Darlene a raise...She's the best thing your facility has going for it. Awesome service

I was willing to pay 3 months in advance, but there was no incentive for doing so. I think I should have been able to do so with some type of discount. Not to mention I can not even get the carts into my unit due to the step up to get in. I broke a really expensive piece of furniture that was too heavy to carry. And that is if I can find the carts. Thanks
