Awesome! Clean, friendly and convenient.

I made the reservation online. The local representatives contacted me and arranged a visit. I also received a reminder on the day of the appointment. I was pleased with the local site. Kody was the representative who handled the paperwork and the instructions. He took me to the unit and taught me how to enter and use the codes. Everything was simple and quick. Kody was very friendly and well prepared to answer any questions I had. Overall, a great and efficient operation!

Very professional work force. Everyone I worked with were acomadating. Only issue was bug moving trucks parked and loaded right next the the entrance making the Assessability To the entrance tuff.

The desk employee (Cody?- Redskins fan) was very helpful. The inside facilities were great. Only suggestions I would say is the outside could use a new coat of paint since the paint is peeling pretty badly. Also, Cody(?) was nice enough to let us park in front of the automatic doors to unload since it was raining. If that awning were extended another 3 feet, we would have been completely out of the rain. Since it wasn't, rain got on the ramp and inside our truck. If it were extended, you could advertise "Weather protected /loading/unloading possible" or something of the sort. Those are just minor suggestions to help make Public Storage even better. Overall, we loved the facility, the dollies were very helpful, and would recommend it to everyone!

The service was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast but accurate with the paperwork. My only complaint is that I was not made aware that locks were not included in the fee. Therefore, a lock was added by the person on duty without making it aware that this was an added cost. That was an unexpected $20 cost when I have my own locks I could have brought with me.

Kody called my son(Xavier Daniel) who is the renter for this space as soon as he went online with an an inquiry( I advised my son that PS was running an online special and they had a climate controlled unit at a reasonable rate) We ran down (literally it was close to closing on Sunday) and looked at the space and my son rented it on the spot. Clean space and Kody is personable, courteous and professional. Looks like we came to the right place.

This is the cleanest facility and the most accommodating and friendly place you could want. Not only was Debbie super helpful with suggestions, she kept me laughing the whole time. She has ideas for packing that made my move so much easier. It is a pleasure doing business with her. If you're looking for storage, this is the place to go!

Automatic door was broken and had to use the front smaller one making it very hard to bring my items inside. I actually couldn't bring what I wanted because the door is a regular size door. I had to take off of work early the next day and lose some of my pay to make it home to load my items and make it there before 6pm to use the bigger door.

Deb and Brie were awesome! Deb went above and beyond to help us get a lower price on our 5x10. We had so much fun chatting with her about all kinds of stuff. She is a great person, friendly and funny! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Everything was near perfect. The employee was extra helpful and extra nice. I was very pleasantly surprised. My cousin recommended this company. The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't told of the mandatory insurance coverage. That put me back 11 more dollars per month than what I was quoted over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.
