Love the simple access code, but was really frustrated that upon arriving at 10pm last night with another load of Holiday stuff to store away that they turn off the gate?? Why have an access code that only works during the day - for those working all day, sure is inconvenient

I just started using you guys, So far so good. Only thing I had trouble with was when I called the number listed online for my local "Public Storage" I got someone in a call center who wasn't in the same city as I was. And she never let me know that. The entire time I was talking to her, I thought I was talking to the local office. They need to communicate that to the customer when they call. Because it gets confusing. Thanks!

Diana was very helpful. She answered our questions, explained payment options and showed us an available unit. We went for information, but rented the unit on the spot. Diana was extremely friendly even when we interrupted her lunch. Highly recommend Public Storage.

We are just moving to North Carolina and needed some storage. Diana was exceptional and very helpful, not just with the storage unit, but answering questions about the area. The facility was very clean and well maintained! I highly recommend to help solve storage issues!

Could not have asked for better customer service. Kody was so very helpful and courteous. He even stayed on the phone with me while I was trying to find the storage facility and didn't hang up until I pulled into the parking lot! (I was in a new town and unfamiliar with area)

I've never used a storage facility, but Public Storage has a pleasant, helpful staff in Mooresville. The facility is clean and organized. The only draw back is that the air conditioned units are a little pricey, but for a clean, helpful, organized, and safe unit - it's worth it!
