Prime Storage - New Bern

A big shout out to Whitney and Jeff who made the whole process of storing our RV on their premises. The whole process went smoothly due to these two individuals who are very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process of storing at Prime Storage.

Great office staff and easy to work with

Whitney is the store manager and sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s excellent. Thorough great follow through and if thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s any problems, I hear about it immediately. Sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a winner!

Not a very secure place. Fenceline was overgrown in the back. Some of the fence was bent down that could allow easy access to foot traffic. The gate was left open. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Storage unit was clean.

Everything was so easy to do online. They even have a no contact check in process.

I've been greeted by 3-4 different staff at Prime Storage, and each time have been treated with the utmost kindness, thoughtfulness, patience, and helpfulness! I'd never used a storage facility before and the preparations to move my possessions from my home to storage had left me overwhelmed. Your staff helped make this such a positive experience. THANK YOU, ALL!

I was greeted with an enthusiastic personality. Steve was very helpful an knowledgeable, he help set up my lock for me. I felt like I knew him already. He was also training a new employee. I forgot her name an she was warm an nice. I let my friends know. You will be getting some more business. Thanks guys!!

Prime Storage on route 70 New Bern is a wonderfully run storage facility. It’s clean and bright, management is courteous and efficient. The layout provides easy access to your locker. I currently rent two units, one outdoor and one climate controlled. Steve helped me tremendously as I had a long distance move into the area, making it an easy transition. Truly a great place to store your “stuff”.

Once I moved in the process has been wonderful. I have easy access to my unit and I feel that everything is safe and clean.

Very smooth process of reservation and check in. Only thing negative I can say is I wish it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t extra to have 24hr access.

Good customer service just wish storage units werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t so expensive
