We were in a move and determined that we had more stuff than could go into the container and we had a two week wait for our house. Prime was very helpful, professional and very accommodating.

We are home hunting and needed to store our boat rather than bring it back and forth from SC. This is perfect for our needs, was quick and easy to reserve and store the boat. Staff both on the phone during reservation process and in person at the facility, are friendly, efficient, informative, and pleasant with witch to work. I highly recommend this facility.

No one was there when we arrived. It was New Years Eve and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize they were closing early.

Bre was great she got me through a stressful time. She made it so I could do it all over the phone so when I got there it was completely ready for me. Very clean all the way around. Thanks again guys for turning my cloud into a rainbow.

I just recently moved to this state, so I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know too much to say but I was welcomed very pleasantly when I arrived the other day. The surrounding looked clean and I am impressed. I think I made the right choice.

I think you should be ashamed to make people put mandatory insurance on their things in storage.

While I have no other issues with Prime Storage, the only issue is that tenants should receive emails in advanced of the storage prices being increased. Prices should not be raised due to renovations to the property. The tenants have nothing to do with this decision. While I agree there is always room for improvements to any type of property, the tenants should not have to be included in the companies decision to do so... Just my thoughts!

The recent upgrade to the facility is appreciated...the new roll up door works much better than the old door.

Storage units are very nice and so is the property. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only possible issue could be for some who donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have experience driving trailers in confined spaces. Depending on the location of your unit it may be more challenging for some to get their trailer in and out without assistance from someone spotting them in. Otherwise i had a great all around experience.
