My unit is in bldg K-that bldg is not labeled. Would be better if bldgs were in alphabetical order. Also had to go buy another lock because lock I had was too thick to fit through holes on roll up door. I had asked about what kind of to get and wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t told to get thinner one because big locks do not fit. MAJOR inconvenience. Would have been nice if I had been told that up front. Just sayinﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢.

The online portion was quick and easily understood. Payment was transparent, no hidden costs or surprise gotchas. During, and throughout, i received an appreciated. They weren't pestering me to hurry up and give them money, they actually reassured and confirmed that i was completing each step appropriately. When i went in to get the keys i was a bit on the later side, and rather than being upset and irritated they kindly went over everything with me and answered whatever questions i had. I 100% recommend.

Storage units were clean with functional doors and no signs of rodent activity! I easily upgraded from 5x10 to a 10x20! This place is very convenient to access from HWY 24 and the girl working the front desk went out of her way to escort me to the unit and make sure it was exactly what I wanted! Great customer service which you seldom see in this type of business! I'm Definitely recommending this place to friends!

Monthly rate jumped from 120.00 to 161.00 shortly after Prime Storage bought out previous owner. Hurts those on fixed income.

Since they took over a privately owned storage unit, they’ve done nothing but treat legacy employees and current customers like “wallets” and increase price. They are definitely an example of a company price gouging based on supply and demand.

Has video surveillance. Enough roof to maneuver around building with 12ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ box trailer in tow. My unit has a about 9ft to ceiling.... very helpful.

Been good except I was told I would have this rate for a year and now just for outside parking it went up to 58 and I was never notified of an increase

We have always been satisfied with them.

The facility is run by very nice, helpful people. I had lost my key to my lock on the unit and they quickly helped to get the old lock off and new one in itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s place.

Not that happy with facility or increased cost. Cost has been raised 2 times within a year.

Very accommodating customer service is amazing thoroughly enjoyed using this facility my first storage rental has been a great experience with this company I would definitely recommend or use it again if I needed to thank you
