Everything went great! The lady at office was very nice.

Great experience with with the staff. They were so helpful and willing to work with me on the parking spot. The location is amazing for folks who live in downtown or 5-Points. Highly recommend using this Life Storage location.

It's a good place if you need some extra storage, the light in unit is very nice for after hours loading or unloading

I filled out my informatino online and it was readily available when I arrived at the unit. I did not have to repeat any information or fill out very much paperwork because of the electronic booking process. Very cool, 10/10, would do again.

The deal online wasn't as good in reality. The price is low, but then there's a mandatory monthly insurance fee and a one time administrative fee. The advertising online doesn't display this or provide an accurate rate breakdown. Thus, the cost is like other places. And the security?! The entrance gate is broken. It will be out of commission for at least a couple (or few) more weeks?!!!

I would highly recommend this storage facility. The manager, Michael was friendly and very helpful, making the process very easy after a long day of travel.

Friendly staff and got to use their truck for free for reserving online. Great experience.

Only been there for 2 weeks and moving out. prices too high and people were unfriendly.
