Great experience with with the staff. They were so helpful and willing to work with me on the parking spot. The location is amazing for folks who live in downtown or 5-Points. Highly recommend using this Life Storage location.

I filled out my informatino online and it was readily available when I arrived at the unit. I did not have to repeat any information or fill out very much paperwork because of the electronic booking process. Very cool, 10/10, would do again.

The deal online wasn't as good in reality. The price is low, but then there's a mandatory monthly insurance fee and a one time administrative fee. The advertising online doesn't display this or provide an accurate rate breakdown. Thus, the cost is like other places. And the security?! The entrance gate is broken. It will be out of commission for at least a couple (or few) more weeks?!!!
