Extra Space Storage - 3021 - Raleigh - Wilmington St

The move to this storage unit was so successful. It was more cleaner and larger than my previous unit, & the price is amazingly low. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m possibly looking into getting another one in the next few days.

Looking for a place to stay for long term hope this is the place without raising the rate all the time dam at least wait a year we will see

Sam, at the front was great, kept things simple and easy. Unit was clean and ready with no issues.

Competitive pricing, conveniently located, and customer service takes a little long to answer after hours but very helpful.

The rental process was smooth! Started the paperwork online that night & received a call from Ms. Wilma the next morning. She was very polite and full of life over the phone! Lol. Upon arriving at the office I was greeted by Ms. Wilma and we walked over to view the storage unit to make sure my things would fit, returned to the office and signed my paperwork. I would recommend this storage facility to others. Love the location also. -BR

The facility is extremely clean and neat. Bernie was as nice as any one person working alone could be. He made the entire process ok. I still donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know who I rested this space from.

Everything was great, from the initial phone contact to inquiry, about the property and pricing, to the visit on site, and seeing the facility. the worker on site took good care of me and was not in a hurry to show me around. did a good job explaining everything and still took the time to cover same information the next day with my boss and took the time to show off the facility, what a great person, she does a super job for your company. This place is amazing. It has wonderful staff; spacious, climate-controlled spaces; and fosters a community around the area.

Easy check-in process. Wilma was extremely helpful and very kind. Nice facility. Would like to have one use of moving truck without the 14 day of start day time frame requirement.

Worst storage The manger is rude and don't know how to talk or treat her customers her attitude stinks she talk to you any kind of way they have a lot of hidden fees what they advertise online is never true never will I ever deal with them again

The people were fantastic, checking in on us after the reservation was made and then helping us on move in day. Very pleased!

Needed a storage unit rather quickly and Uncle Bob's came through with flying colors. Reserved my unit on a Wednesday afternoon and moved my things in on a Friday. Zero problems throughout the process. Edwina assisted me with the paperwork at the front desk and she was extremely helpful, polite, cheery, and extremely friendly. The free truck that was provided with move-in was a great deal and ended up saving me quite a bit of money/hassle. Would definitely recommend Uncle Bob's to anyone looking for a storage unit!

Overall my experience was average. The person on the phone incorrectly told me the unit was climate controlled, but this person was through Selfstorage.com and not associated with the facility. I did find the metal piece you move on the door to lock the unit VERY difficult to maneuver. That was a bit annoying moving in.
