Public Storage - Garner - 309 US Highway 70 E

The manager was 90 minutes late to meet me, she left as soon as she got my money, I had to drive around back by myself and find my numbered spot and someone else was parked in it. It took another 90 minutes to reach someone to help me that wasn't nasty about how there was nothing they could do to help me.

The manager is kind and was an easy process. 4 stars because my storage unit has a strange smell to it. Also there were more charges that was let on when I took advantage of the $1 first month rent. I still ended up paying the same amount as a months rent because of all of the add ons associated with renting a new unit.

From the time I received a call from Jen after I filled out the form on line with in minutes she called and was very nice and friendly. Confirmed my date of moving in the building. Then when meeting at the office and going through everything and walking to view the building she was very helpful. I'm not sure if I asked about having my own lock but she had one for me too use other than that everything went well. Thanks

The web site made it really easy to reserve the storage unit and the management team was friendly and very helpful.

Clean facility, easy reservation & check-in process, good security measures, reasonable rates. The site manager, Asia, was great to work with. Highly recommend.

I've used Public Storage for years. Everything in their policy about locks, insurance, items stored, etc, is standard with them. This facility was clean and easy to use. Customer service was professional and she was knowledgeable. There was no shock when it came to fees, everything appeared normal. A very good experience.

Amy was very kind. She took the time to walk me around to different units to find the perfect fit for my needs. I would give 5 stars but I wasn't given the first month discount because my spouse rented a shed about 6 weeks prior to me renting MY shed. Different names, different accounts but they wouldn't give me the discounted first month. Kind of not fair I feel. But...Amy tried to apply it.

Pam gave me excellent customer service during check-in. The facility seems very secure and I like having a personal gate code. I got a great deal by reserving my unit online, and they have very convenient payment options going forward. I'm very pleased with this Public Storage location so far.

Your billing is very confusing
