Not happy with the insurance cost of $20 every month when you're already on a tight budget, overall a good experience.

Very clean and safe. And easy to access.

If you are looking for a place to store your things during your stay on NC State's campus, this is a great option - reasonably priced and indoor storage units for temperature controlled environment.

The process was super smooth and easy. I had a slight problem with something, I called the manager, but she was not available, but I can say that she called right back in a timely manner. My only issue is that the 1st floor restrooms were not clean. Other than that I would definitely recommend this facility.

The two attendants on Sunday were excellent and extremely helpful. The space and facility were impeccable.

Ladies in the office were putting me off as I was having difficulty with online. I called two times before they opened. They did not call me when they got in. I called them. Asked if I could just drive over real quick to sign in person. They said I had to make a reservation for 11 am. I explained I needed to unload and drive my van back to Wilmington. They said they had to do their rounds to check all locks on doors. I did managed to get thru the online and when I arrived I had to apologize as she seemed to have an attitude. After taking 3 carts full of items from van to storage unit, not one of the three ladies were checking any locks. They stayed behind the counter the whole time talking. I could have been able to come in person but they didn't want to be bothered.

Great!! The place was super clean and people helpful. The only bad thing though was that there are not enough dollies. Every time Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve gone Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had to wait around 10 minutes to get a cart (dolly).

It was easy renting and storing my stuff here. Secure access. Carts to use to tote stuff from my car to the storage unit.. Clean, big facility. Friendly staff. It was all done very fast. The only thing I think others should know is that the first month may be a dollar, but you are required to buy their lock for $20 unless you already have one if their locks. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s an administration fee as well. The total I paid to move in was $61. So, expect that.

Made an appointment walked in was shown out spot, paperwork done explained all very quickly. Very professional.

Very friendly staff and great facilities, but that $1first month's rent quickly jumps up to $60 because of fees, locks, and insurance that you have to have.

Had a really great, efficient experience. Reserving the storage unit online was super easy and quick and when I went to the site to finish the paperwork, the associate there, Tessa, was super friendly and knowledgeable and just really great. Totally recommend Public Storage!

The managers try hard to keep an upbeat attitude with lots of people in and out at a very busy facility. They understand your particulars and try and problem solve with you.

So far, everything as been excellent. We moved from across the country and encountered delays due to weather and mechanical issues but Ms. Trayce and her staff were super accommodating and moved the check in date several times due to theses issues no problem.

I visited 2 of your locations. The 1st syop was at Capital Blvd near Triangle Mall. Maria was very helpful with a GREAT personality. Due to I wanted a climate control unit, I had the opportunity of meeting Tracye at the 1400 Capital blvd location. She was very helpful, friendly, GREAT personality too. She was waiting on my arrival. Took her time explaining everything to me. She even was greeting other guest as they came in. Public Storage should be happy to know these ladies service to me was Outstanding.

The staff were very helpful and professional, even when I asked to switch units due to concerns about moisture.

Great service. Clean facilities. Ease of renting the unit from online to site. And the price was competitive. I would have gone with another reputable storage company had they had a better location due to pricing, but Public Storage had the better location so I gave up something to gain something. Overall very pleased, and again loved the customer service online and onsite.

Sales manager Tracye did a great job, really helpful in trying to get me the perfect storage,and overall did awesome job in helping me get what I needed. She even had the measuring tape to measure the washer and dryer

The staff here are great! Alice helped me through the whole rental process, showing me to my new unit as well as where the loading bay is. Furthermore she and her manager Tracye were extremely helpful and efficient in correcting a booking error from the website. I was able to complete the entire process quickly during my lunch break. Could not have asked for better service!

Bryan went above and beyond to help us store our antique car. He made the experience painless and was knowledgable and personable.

I can drive right up next to my space - the access is easy and very secure. Interactions with staff have been superb - very friendly. Would have liked to have been informed about the hidden fees more upfront (insurance, lock).

Tracy and Alexis were so helpful. friendly, and very knowledgable.. I look forward to storing my furniture there for as long as I need it...
