Great storage space. THANKful that it is climate control.

The easy process on securing the storage unit was great. I only wish that they fully explain the hidden fees. The "$1" for the first month, is not so $1. Yes, I am aware of taxes and additional fees such as Adm fee, but I would like to have know upfront. The storage unit was clean and very spacious. A plus is that it is less than 5 miles from my home so, it is very convenient to drop things off in my storage unit. I also like the Public Storage app and that I do not have to get out my car to punch in the access code and when I walk up to the access door, I can use my app and have keyless entry. I would like to suggest that there be a person on site during business hours in order to assist with any customer concerns. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Gate code having a (*) and a (#) was the only thing that threw me off but if you're not an idiot like me, should be a-okay to get in.

I rented a unit 10x15 on a promotion for my dad was not sure size was correct and was informed that I could transfer to a larger unit for same promotion just pay the difference at that time my dad came to unit and needed 10x20 but they would not honor what they promised concerning the promotion price. That was time wasting on both trips made just to get a I'm sorry I am looking for a storage facility that keeps their word ASAP !

Reserved online. Immediately got a call to schedule check in appointment. Check in was quick enough. There wa s a tiny bit of dirt or leaves that were on the floor inside left from prior renter. The onsite manager cleaned it out herself and it was clean and ready by the time I returned with my stuff that day. I moved from a Public Storage in NC to one in Richmond. Best prices and easiest reservation. I will co to us to use them and recommend them

Rental was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facility is easy to find. The unit was clean, as was the entire building. Lighting all around is good. The storage unit made part of my move easier and allowed greater flexibility. A few days after we moved, they called to ask if everything went well and if the unit met expectations. Great customer service, all around.

The staff there were super helpful, polite, knowledgeable and had great personalities. The area is real quiet and clean!

Everything was great. Only complaint. A little pricey to store an RV in an unpaved parking lot in full sun.

The process was flawless! I reserved my unit, completed the express check-in, and got my unit the very next day. The site manager was friendly and answered all of my questions. I was really stressed out about moving, starting school, and finding reasonably-priced storage, and Public Storage made my day less stressful!

My customer service representatives were Grace and Melody and they were absolutely fantastic, I will continue to use Public Storage on commodity Parkway as long as Grace and Melody are there. I was impressed by there knowledge and the their friendliness and the cleanliness of the facility. Grace and Melody thank you for a great experience If I could give you five more stars I would . Excellent customer service!!!!! Both Melody and Chris were awesome! I did my application online and received a call immediately, I came to the Commodity facility and the rest was painless and carefree! They got me in and out! Very easy to set up the rental and facilities in great shape

I was happy with the unit. I was clean and ready upon arrival. They should let people know you need special locks for some storage units. Regular pad locks don't work. I have used Piblic storage before and was able to use regular locks. Newer units don't allow this and you are forced to buy a lock from them.
