Everything was great except that it is not in the safest part of town.

Doing everything online and having a key left in the unit for me made the process extremely easy.

The staff member who attended to my storage rental needs was very helpful, friendly and professional. She knew the products well and answered my questions with ease. I have leased a unit with Public Storage in the past and had a great experience. Which is why I decided to return to lease again.

Very convenient. The key should be all inclusive (provided) in renting a space with no additional charge.

I give them 4 stars, the are professional and courtieous, however, every time I have come to either place something in my storage unit or pick up something from my unit, the access codes never work. That's a problem. It's very inconvenient to have to go to the office, every single time to get access to my storage unit. Thank You,

Your manager Jay was right on it from the moment we walked in the door. He showed us a clean unit in a convenient lot location. He explained everything so thoroughly and even gave us some pointers on local places we would need to know. Being fresh from New York, his helpful tips were very kind and considerate and most of all beyond helpful. We have not had one single problem since acquiring the unit and we will always recommend this Public Storage location to anyone who needs a storage place!! Thank you to your staff and firm for making our whole relocation experience less stressful.

Quick, excellent service, clean and secure spaces, reasonable rates; best in town.

I have moved from fla to nc, from nc to back and back to nc from va, this is the first time I was super excited to meet a manager that cared about his clients but also cared about the location! I have meet many managers who will break rules to get clients but this guy made me go to my car to show him my lock for my unit! He cares about his clients, compliance and running a clean facility!

Worked with Jay at check-in, he was great! Would highly recommend this location to others!!
