works as storage, but called customer service at the location multiple times and received no callback or response the text customer services from people from a call center I assume was great though

The manager of this location , her name was Joann, she was outstanding she helped me a lot and I really appreciated her customer service.

I picked up the phone to compare storage CS and prices, hours, etc, etc, and from the initial phone call I have been pampered. Nicole made sure I got a deal, she was so knowledgeable about the policy of the business. We laughed and joked and I have gotten such a gift working with this company, Thank Goodness standards aren't lost here as they are in almost all areas of business. I really enjoyed renting a storage from public stoage on depature dr in raleigh nc. Ray was a very nice and new his info about what he was selling you. I would senf other people back to this one

Raymond and Alexis were wonderful to work with and could not have been more helpful and friendly. We only needed the unit for about 6 weeks but we were treated like a regular, returning customer.

I'm very happy with this Public Storage location. Alexis was highly professional and made sure I got the proper unit for my needs - and at the best price possible. If you visit this place make sure to notice the quality of construction; cement block walls and insulated ceilings. New facilities are not built like this any more.

I have 2 storage units at the Departure Drive location. Carla has been great to work with, efficient, and extremely personable. Area is well maintained and secure, can't ask for more!

I walked in with a reserved storage from online and Briana the manager suggested a larger size that was enough for my stuff. I never got customer Service as good as what I got from Briana. I will refer others to this location
