Judith was awesome. She was super friendly and incredibly helpful! She helped us find just the right size storage unit and made sure we had the accessories we needed, like a mattress cover, boxes, and packing tape. It was a one stop moving shop! She made everything easy! The unit was clean and more than spacious enough for us! Overall, we had a great experience and will go to Judith for all our storage needs in the future.

Clean, quiet, and secure facility with an exceptional staff! It's a great value for the service and experience. My only issue is that they do not allow 24 hour access (6ap-9pm access only.)

I called the Public Storage toll free number and was completely misguided - they gave me wrong information on units available and pricing. Then I went to the actual storage location while house hunting in NC, and I was very impressed with Judy. She gave me factual information and helped me find and reserve the unit that was right for me and my relocation efforts. Judy is a great manager and was very helpful during my transition.

We love this location....close to our home, convenient hours and an extremely helpful manager. We chose a unit that was climate controlled and it couldn't be easier to vist and store furniture, with a hand cart always handy. Very pleased!

I did not like that when I rented the space there were fees that were not disclosed on the website. i.e. cost for lock, application fee There was a period of time when one of the doors that was closest to my temp controlled unit did not open. In order to get to my unit had to walk a ways down a pitch black hallway before the motion activated lights came on I have always been treated well by the staff in at the offce of the facility. THe facility seems clean and well taken care of except for the problem with the door. and lights.

Judith was very helpful. She helped me find the perfect size storage with exactly what I needed. The only thing I would suggest is to get a new dolly to help customers easily move in & out of the storage unit- a broken wheel was found on the dolly which made it difficult to move out. Other than that, it was a good experience.
