Antonio, was a great help when I recently went to Public Storage looking for a storage unit for my items. He was attentive, punctual, and polite. The transaction was smooth and seamless. I'd suggest public storage to others for their storage needs!

We first called Public Storage and asked general questions. Their representative was very informative and helpful. We reserved a unit over the phone until we could get to the address of the nearest unit. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by two workers who have us thorough information, instructions, signed us up and showed us to our unit. We could not have asked for better treatment.

I visited 2 locations. Jarrett at first location explained everything to me. He was very nice and took the time to make sure I understood everything.The second location was better, closer to my house. Elliotte was very nice and explained too. She really knows and explained everything very well. Both were very customer orientated & thorough.

Great customer service from Jarret. Easy check-in process where I was shown the facility and they made sure I had the right size room for my items. They also explained all aspects of the rental agreement and charges fully. Looking forward to storing my items with them.

We were looking for safe, convenient, climate protected storage. We found all that and more at Public Storage on Glenwood Ave in Raleigh. We also found new friends. The people, Jarrett and his team, who run this Public Storage went out of their way to make sure we had just the space we needed. Great experience.

My husband and I had just moved here after driving 10 hours and realized we couldn't get most of our furniture into our 2nd story apartment. In a panic I called this location 20 minutes til closing and he answered my questions about what I would need and even took the time to get me set up, staying 15 minutes after closing just to help us out. First-class act. I'm so grateful even a week later. Unit was clean and no issues yet. There is a monthly insurance you have to get that's $11-15, which stinks, but I would expect that anywhere.

For storing some furniture for a just a short period of time, you'd think I was renting an apartment. Then I hadn't signed the rental agreement when I received a call less than a week later asking for more money in the event I was going to be there longer than initially stated. Seriously?? It made it seem like Public Storage is all about the $$. The paperwork/fees of this company for storage is ridiculous. It's a freakin storage space, Not an apartment. Plus, when I went to officially vacate a week early, I had to come back due to the Manager "being out of the office" which was a little inconvenient. My whole short experience was more involved than it really needed to be for just renting a storage space for 30 days. I will not use this location again.

The amount of follow-on survey requests are REALLY ANNOYING! I leased a storage unit on 26 January and service was truly outstanding with no issues at all - on the same day I completed the requested survey and even went a step further to submit an additional e-mail to reinforce how great the service was. However, since then (in the two week period) I have had four additional e-mail requests and one additional phone call requesting survey inputs, enough already!

The service was great. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location. Good selection of sizes and options of indoor climate controlled or outside units.
