I forgot the entrance code & could not find anyone in the office or facility.Called the number listed & a recording said it was unable to assist current storage holders.Very disappointed. I would appreciate a email with the code.

Building is very clean. Quick and easy to get paperwork done. Employees are very helpful and friendly.

Overall it was a great experience. There was a broken glass jar in one of the hallways near the elevator. They could not be held responsible for this as it was past the office hours on a Saturday. There was no one to report it to so hopefully this covers it.
