Public Storage - Raleigh - 8733 Glenwood Ave

I worked with Amani, she was awesome she gave me a tour of the storage and she was very fast because I had my toddler with me. She was so friendly and welcoming. She made sure I was in and out in 10 mins.

Great location and customer service

Was very easy to book online and everything was just as expected with the storage unit/lock except my code would not activate to get into the gate. Antonio was super helpful and checked the code thoroughly by running down to the gate and putting it in before sending me back there. He also saw me the next day and asked if things were still going well!

Needs good storage fast and efficiently. Public Storage met my needs and helped make the process quick and easy!

Nicely kept facility and have very competitive rates. Would like explanation of basis for the minimum of $15 monthly charge for insurance.

The only problem we encountered was that there is just one loading/unloading dock for the upper storage area, and it was in use when we arrived. The two moving dollies were also in use, but we were able to use the two from the lower entrance and unload to the sidewalk ramp area.

The staff was nice and helpful but the parking spot I was promised was not available. We found another spot.

Public Storage made the process smooth and easy.

Public Storage made the process of renting and having my belongings moved into my unit painless. Antonio the gentleman I dealt with was wonderful, nothing was a problem for him. He was very professional and I feel confident leaving my possession's in the care of Public Storage.

Had a great experience. I'm active duty Army and I had to leave for training last minute. I feel comfortable knowing all of my belongings are safe. The storage unit is inside and has air conditioning.

I setup a reservation online. I was called back to confirm the appointment and given advice, by the manager, on what day would be best to come to view the unit and make a deposit. Upon arrival, everything went smoothly. I was very impressed with how well managed and clean the entire facility was by the manager. I've rented with PS before but this was the best experience I've had to date.

Mr. Bryan Gunter of Public Storage #08120 -- Glenwood Avenue was efficient and quite knowledgeable of the storage site. I made an appointment and he was prepared with information for my storage needs. The processing was easy and I am quite satisfied with my selected unit. Mr. Gunter is truly an asset to the Public Storage brand! I would highly recommend this storage site and definitely Mr. Gunter!

Great experience - too many requests for reviews following

Well informed by Ms Chris and pleased with storage unit. She followed up with a phone call from my online registration and offered to schedule an appointment to finalize the rental agreement. Job well done! However, I am disappointed with amount of non-working exterior lights around the outside storage area section. I understand this isn't seen during the day, but a periodical service check is in order.

Great service, fast and accurate check-in. I have no problems with recommending this public location to anyone!

I received the best customer service from Bryan. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer care. I ran behind schedule from Charlotte to Raleigh to rent a storage for my belongings and Bryan stayed after close of business on Sunday 2-28-16 to make sure I wad able to store my things and not make a blank trip. I know this must have been an inconvenience to him yet he was very courteous and helpful to me and my family. I would highly recommend this storage location on Glenwood Ave in Raleigh and I would rent a storage company again.
